Brothers Brad and Brent Ford have raised the bar when it comes to Christmas light displays, with their fully choreographed, multi-lighted show at 3030 SE 41st Street — just off the southeast Loop, on the road near the Lighthouse Church.

The music is broadcast over the radio and into your vehicle on FM 92.7.  The lights literally ‘dance’ to the beat of each song playing, and occasionally the tall ‘Christmas light Snowman’ talks and sings.

This will be the second year for the dancing display, created by the Ford brothers in honor of their beloved mother, Darlene Ford, who passed away of cancer last year.

“Mom loved the Christmas lights when we started the project.  She was so excited to see them” stated Brad Ford.  ”It was such a natural thing to dedicate the light display to her.  We also take donations, which go to the American Cancer Society, in Mom’s name.”

The lights show is displayed on weeknights from 5:30-10pm and weekends from 5:30pm-midnight.

If you are a Christmas light enthusiast, church group, organization, and/or lover of the family ‘Christmas light sight-seeing’ tradition, the Ford’s light display is one that you will not want to miss!  It is incredible to see the perfectly choreographed lights move right along with each song.

There is a donation box at the front of the display, all funds are donated to the American Cancer Society.

A full video of the ‘dancing light display’ will be posted soon on the Extra!
