The PJC Drama Department will be performing the Shakespearean classic tragedy, Macbeth, on February 27 – March 2 at the Ray Karrer Theatre building on the PJC main campus.
Tonight is the last night for auditions, which are open to both students and community members. The auditions are at 6 p.m at the Ray Karrer Theatre.
It will be directed by PJC theater instructor William Walker.
According to Walker, the first night of auditions yesterday evening had a great turnout, but he’d like to see more people from the community come and audition. There are some great adult roles in the play, he said.
Macbeth is considered by many to be one of Shakespeare’s most powerful tragedies.
