While the rain has been very good for our rather dry region, after falling for almost two days straight, it’s safe to say that most are probably tired of it being so wet. The good thing is, it hasn’t been as cold, and doesn’t look to get much cooler in the next few days.
According to meteorologists from www.Weather.com, the temperatures will stay above average for early January — even for Texas — as the current soaking storm spreads toward the eastern coast. While it does look to clear up on Thursday and Friday — and warm up — more rain is expected to start falling on Saturday and continue through the weekend.
The photo below shows Thursday’s predicted high temperatures. It will be even warmer on Friday. Once the rain starts on Saturday, the temperatures will start to drop and maintain highs in the 40′s and lows in the 30′s all next week.
