At around 11:15 p.m. on Wednesday, the Paris Police Department responded to a call of robbery at 707 Bonham Street, according to the department’s public information officer, Curtis Garrett.
“Officers were advised by the clerk of the store that a black male, approximately 20 years old, wearing a red ‘hoodie’, came into the store and brandished a small handgun and demanded cash from the register and other money under the counter,” Garrett sad. “The clerk complied with the demands and the suspect left the store on foot.”
Authorities say that no one was injured or assaulted during the incident, but it is unknown at this time how much cash was taken.
