At 215 AM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking an outflow boundary along
a line extending from 11 miles south of Soper to near Van Alstyne.
Movement was south at 30 mph.
Though thunderstorms creating the outflow may remain to the north,
winds in excess of 40 mph will still be possible as the outflow
boundary moves through.
