Dixie Boys Baseball, Inc. announced the recipients of a “2013 Bernie Varnadore National Scholarship.” Eleven individuals across the United States were awarded national scholarships to the school of their choice. Among those named is Eric Dickey of North Lamar High School. The Dixie Boys Baseball national scholarship program was formed in 1987.
