A 29 year old Paris woman was arrested on Thursday when she was observed attempting to leave a store in the 3800 block of Lamar Avenue without paying for over $900 worth of merchandise, according to Paris PD Public Information Officer Curtis Garrett.
Rachel Dawn Coleman was arrested and transported to the Police Department for booking without incident. She was accompioned by a juvenile who was also arrested and later released to their parent.
Coleman was charged with felony organized retail theft.
