You can help make a serious difference in the lives of these homeowners by helping with the painting and work that they cannot do.
This is the organization’s sixth painting project. Volunteers are needed to paint a home located at 905 Graham Street. Work begins at 7:30 a.m.
“I am telling you now so you can make your plans to help us,” the organization’s executive director, Judy Martin, said. “We will not have another project until October.”
There will not be a September project due to the Redneck Golf Open being scheduled on September 21.
The golf open is an entertaining event held as a fundraiser for the organization.
“You do not have to be a good golfer to play and have a great time,” Martin said.
Contact Judy at the Habitat for Humanity office for more details on the aforementioned events by calling 903.783.0599.
