Care Flight Helicopter_sliderA Paris man was flown to a metroplex hospital by helicopter after crashing his motorcycle on Loop 286 on Friday evening, according to Paris Police Chief Bob Hundley.

His injuries remain unclear, but he was flown to the hospital to be evaluated for a possible head injury, according to officials.

“Paris police officers and emergency services responded to a motorcycle crash at 8 p.m. Friday evening in the 300 Block of NW Loop 286,” Hundley said.

The 42-year-old driver of the motorcycle, Don Wulf, was riding a 1996 Harley Davidson in a group of other motorcycles when he laid his motorcycle down to avoid a collision with another bike as the group slowed, the chief said.
