On Saturday and Sunday, March 9th & 10th, the Red River Valley Fair Grounds will be filled with circus festivities, as the world’s largest big top show that makes up the Carson & Barnes Circus will make their appearance in Paris for two nights in benefit of the Red River Valley Boys & Girls Club.
For two days only the best of the best in circus entertainment will be brought to Lamar County. There will be performances on each day at 2pm and 5pm.
The tickets are $16 at the gate for adults and $8 for children, but online or in advance you can purchase tickets at a discounted rate — Online – adult: $14, children: $8; In Advance – adult: $12, children: $6. Lap children under the age of two will be admitted free. All sales are based on availability at showtime.

Carson & Barnes will bring Val the Baby Elephant to make a special appearance for the children, along with pony rides, a super slide, camel rides, and a chance to feed the animals. Also, the ‘midway’ opens early on both days.
As in previous years, a portion of the profits made in Lamar County by the circus will go to the benefit of the Red River Valley Boys & Girls Club.
